Products & Mystery Boxes
Our products are mystery gift boxes curated based on your selected colours, preferences, likes, and dislikes.
As all boxes are mystery-based and personalised, exact items cannot be guaranteed.
Product images displayed on our website and social media are examples only and may differ from the final contents received.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Shipping fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Orders & Payments
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.
We currently accept payment via:
- PayFast
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
For EFT payments, customers are required to send proof of payment via WhatsApp or email to avoid delays.
The Scoop Sisters reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days before shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The Scoop Sisters cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalised and mystery nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered for:
- damaged items
- missing items
- incorrect orders received
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos where applicable.
Orders may only be cancelled before packing has started.
Intellectual Property
